Azucca e Azucco Winery of the Wind Hill was founded by a couple who trained in Tuscany and Sicily, running an estate winery on the hillsides of Toyota City. It became Aichi Prefecture's first winery when its own brewing facility was completed in 2014, growing many grape varieties in small quantities to draw out the character of the land. Grape-growing began in 2006.
