Fattoria da Sasino grows and makes wine mainly from Nebbiolo, Malvasia and Chardonnay in vineyards overlooking the sacred Mount Iwaki. It was started by the owner of an Italian restaurant committed to local, seasonal ingredients, who began making wine from grapes grown by his own hand.
