Funabashi COQ Winery

Funabashi COQ Winery was opened by Kokubo, owner of the wine-and-meat restaurant COQ DINER, as Chiba Prefecture's third winery. He applied for a manufacturing license starting in February 2021 and obtained a fruit-wine license that September. It is Chiba's first urban winery within walking distance of a station, making craft wines almost entirely by hand, without filtration.
