Fukushima Nouka no Yume Wine is a farmer-founded winery in Nihonmatsu, handling everything from growing grapes to winemaking, bottling and sales. Founded in 2012, it farms 1.5 hectares of its own vineyard plus 4 hectares under contract, producing about 20,000 bottles a year across labels including 一慶, 一仁, Ochikochi, Imatto and Yume no Tsubu. Visits are possible, partly by reservation, with free tastings of three wines and some paid; open 9:00–17:00, with irregular closures.
