Wine Kobo Aizu is a small winery at the foot of Mt. Bandai in Inawashiro town, Fukushima. It ferments and ages its wine mainly in glass barrels, brewing a rare Aizu wine using locally grown fruit. In April 2025, the winery was transferred to the Fruit Research Institute of Showa Kako Corporation.
