Fukuyama Wine Kobo is run by a husband-and-wife team focused on sparkling wine, working from roughly 0.7 hectares of estate vineyard and producing about 13,000 bottles a year. The winery offers tastings by reservation and pours from a wine bar open Wednesday through Saturday evenings, a short walk from JR Fukuyama Station. Staff can also assist in French.
