10R Winery

10R Winery, founded in 2009 in Iwamizawa, uses only Hokkaido-grown grapes in pursuit of high-quality wine. It began operating as a custom-crush winery (contract winemaking facility) in 2012. The estate grows eight Dijon clones of Pinot Noir, along with Gamay, Pinot Meunier, and Poulsard.
