Overview

Aizawa Noen (Aizawa Winery)

Aizawa Noen began clearing what was then wilderness in Obihiro in 2004, and now farms wine grapes across 5.5 hectares without chemical fertilizers or pesticides. The vineyard earned JAS organic certification in 2017 and a fruit-wine manufacturing license in 2019, working with Tokachi's own native varieties, Yamasachi and yamabudo. A direct farm shop opened on site to sell the wines.
