2004年に原野だった現在の場所を開墾し、5.5ヘクタールの畑でワイン醸造用品種を栽培。化学肥料や農薬を使わない自然任せのブドウ造り。2017年にJAS有機農産物生産農園認定、2019年に果実酒製造免許を取得。
