ド・モンティーユ＆北海道

フランス・ブルゴーニュで約300年の歴史を持つ家族経営ワイナリー「ドメーヌ・ド・モンティーユ」が函館市に設立した醸造所。2016年よりプロジェクト開始、2019年にぶどう植樹開始、2023年にワイナリー完成。ピノ・ノワールとシャルドネに特化。
