余市は長い日照時間と昼夜の寒暖差、風通りの良さなどから果樹栽培に適した気候。無農薬・無施肥でブドウ栽培を行い、醸造においても酸化防止剤は不使用、他にも人工的なものは使用していません。自社畑面積5ha、ワイン生産量2万本。
