Hirakawa Winery, founded in 2015, is built on the belief that the best winemaking reflects the natural environment and scenery where the grapes grow, in aroma and taste. Rather than naming its grape varieties, it focuses on expressing the distinct character of each vineyard. The winery sits on a beautiful, sun-favored south-facing slope in western Yoichi, and maintains a direct-sales shop in Hiroo, Tokyo.
