Overview

Infield Winery

Infield Winery in Kitami began as a side of Mirai Farm, a wagyu cattle producer whose owners were inspired to make wine after visiting wineries themselves. The estate grows Yamasachi and Kiyomai — cold-hardy Japanese crosses descended from wild mountain grapes — and aims to express the vast, open character of the Okhotsk region in the glass. Wines are sold at the winery shop and online; visitors are asked to check ahead before coming.
