Run by the Kii family in Niki, this combined orchard and winery grows cherries and blueberries alongside wine grapes. To let the grapes' natural aroma and character speak for themselves, the couple avoids herbicides and pesticides wherever possible. Production is small — about 1,000 bottles a year — and the wines skip oak aging entirely, aiming for a fresh, direct style.
