Overview

喜井夫妻が営む果樹園兼ワイナリー。サクランボ・ブルーベリーなどの果物とワイン用ぶどうを複合栽培。「ぶどう本来の香りや特徴を活かすため」除草剤・殺虫剤をできるだけ使わない栽培を実践。年間約1,000本の生産。樽熟成を行わずフレッシュな風味を重視。
