2006年3月に初代ワイナリーとして設立。2021年冬にMAOI株式会社に改名し、スコットランドのフォーサイス社よりハイブリット式の蒸溜器を導入（2022年）。ワイン・ブランデー・ウイスキー・クラフトジンを製造。
