Abandoned farmland reborn as a 32-hectare winery village with vineyards, a restaurant, and lodging in Niki.
NIKI Hills Winery converted abandoned farmland into a winery under the idea of 'land, people, and grapes,' driving regional revitalization for Niki-cho. The 32-hectare site includes 8 hectares of wine grape vineyard alongside the winery building, a barrel cellar, a natural garden, an underground restaurant, and on-site lodging. It fully opened in 2019 and now offers winery tours that include tastings.
