Niseko Winery, founded in 2016 in Niseko, Hokkaido, grows Bacchus, Zweigeltrebe, Kerner, and Dornfelder in the resort area's cool vineyards. Within the GI Hokkaido-certified region, its main release is an organic sparkling wine made from Bacchus, Kerner, and other varieties.
