Founded in 2014 by an Akita-born winemaker who settled in Yoichi, Nobori Jozo ferments its own-grown Zweigelt with wild yeast.
Nobori Jozo was founded in 2014 by 小西史明, a winemaker originally from Akita Prefecture who moved to Yoichi in 2009 and began growing grapes on his own farm in 2011. The winery ferments with wild yeast and focuses mainly on wines made from Zweigelt grapes.
