Overview

100％北海道産葡萄、野生酵母発酵、低〜無亜硫酸添加、無ろ過のワイン。佐々木賢（栽培担当）・佳津子（醸造担当）夫妻が運営。2011年に北斗市に自家農園をスタートし、翌2012年に函館市元町の旧印刷会社社屋を改装しワイナリーを設立。
