鈴木正光・彩子夫妻が余市川沿いの仁木町で2020年4月に葡萄栽培を開始。約2.3ヘクタールの畑で約4,000本を栽培。「北海道の大地が思い浮かぶワイン」を目指し、野生酵母発酵・除草剤不使用の有機栽培を行う。2024年8月に醸造免許取得。
