Rita Farm & Winery opened in 2013 as the first winery to use Yoichi's wine special zone system. It grows grapes with minimal pesticide use on a scenic, sun-facing south slope, and ferments naturally with wild yeast, aiming to work with nature rather than against it wherever possible.
