Sapporo Fujino Winery keeps additives to a minimum wherever possible, fermenting with wild yeast and bottling its wines unfiltered. Grapes come from its own vineyard and from contracted growers across Hokkaido, spanning varieties such as Merlot, Bacchus, Yama Sauvignon, Seibel 13053, Pinot Noir, and Zweigelt, under GI Hokkaido (Geographical Indication).
