Overview

2004年にワインづくりを志し、北海道三笠市達布地区の南向斜面約1haを開墾したのが始まり。葡萄畑はできるだけ無農薬にこだわり、葡萄そのものが本来持っている自然の酵母を使って発酵させるワイン造りにこだわっています。
