Overview

Tokachigaoka Winery

Tokachigaoka Winery was established by Tokachi Budoen, led by Toshio Nakamura, just north of the Tokachigawa Onsen park. It makes red wine from two Hokkaido-bred varieties, Yamasachi and Kiyomai, both organically grown, with expected production of 12,800 bottles a year. The winery received its brewing license in April 2025 and opened its shop on April 18.
