Hikari Takahashi took over a farm with a hundred years of history and started TOMAPU FARM in Niki in 2019. Alongside Zweigelt, Kerner and Müller-Thurgau grapes, the farm grows cherries, corn and other produce, and its wines are known for season-evoking names, including a 'Fuyu' (Winter) series.
