A Hokuto natural winery growing ten grape varieties within sight of Mount Hakodate, unfiltered and sulfite-free.
Torocco Winery began in 2021, taking over a fruit orchard in Hokuto, within view of Mount Hakodate, and now grows ten wine grape varieties there. Its name evokes the trolley train — a vehicle carrying feeling through wine. Wines are made with no added sulfites, unfined and unfiltered, in the natural style. The winery received its brewing license in September 2024.
