2021年始動。函館山を臨む北斗市でフロンティア果樹園を引き継ぎ、10品種のワイン葡萄を栽培。「ワインを通して想いを届けるトロッコ列車のように」という理念を持つ。亜硫酸塩無添加・無清澄・無濾過のナチュラルワイン製造。2024年9月に醸造免許取得。
