Two growers — one of apples, one of grapes — founded Kamegamori Brewery in Hanamaki's Ohasama in 2015 to make unfiltered, natural cider and wine.
Kamegamori Brewery was founded in 2015 by an apple grower and a grape grower in Ohasama, Hanamaki. Over 90% of its apples and grapes are self-grown, farmed without herbicides or chemical fertilizer and built up with compost. The wines are made without added sugar, added acid or filtration for a natural style.
