りんご農家とぶどう農家ふたりが立ち上げた花巻市大迫の醸造所。原料となるブドウ・リンゴは9割以上を自分たちが栽培したもの。除草剤や化学肥料を使わず堆肥で土作りをし、無補糖・無補酸・無ろ過で自然な味わいを実現している。
