地域の農家の栽培した良質な葡萄を使用し[自園]、町内のワイナリーで醸造[自醸]するスタイルで、岩手紫波の土地を感じる日本ワイン生産を行っています。紫波町産ブドウのみを使用し、地域の特性を生かしたワインづくりにこだわっています。
