Shiwa Fruits Park Winery

Shiwa Fruits Park Winery was established in 2005 under a 'jien-jijō' philosophy — quality grapes grown locally ('jien') and vinified at the town's own winery ('jijō') — using only grapes grown in Shiwa to express the character of the local land. The growers who supply the fruit are also shareholders in the winery. It sits near the Michi-no-Eki Shiwa roadside station, with free tours and tastings that accommodate large tour buses.
