東日本大震災の被災地活性化・被災者や障がい者の雇用創出を目的にNPO法人遠野まごころネットが創設。障がい者就農によるぶどう栽培やハーブ栽培を行い、地域活性化を担う社会事業モデルとして運営。遠野市綾織町・寒風地区と釜石市甲子町の2つの自社農園で11種類の醸造用ブドウを栽培。
