Inoue Winery, founded in 2016 in Noichi, Kochi, uses grapes from across Kochi Prefecture to make wines suited to the local food culture, on a hilltop overlooking the Pacific Ocean. It grows Muscat Bailey A and Chardonnay, and its Noichi winery shop sells Kochi wine for tasting alongside groceries and sweets.
