Ise Wine Co., Ltd.

Ise Wine was founded in 2021 by the operator of the Job Studio Ise employment-support facility, making it a full agriculture-welfare winery: people with disabilities work every stage from vineyard to cellar. Vines of Saperavi and Sauvignon Blanc are farmed naturally, without herbicides or chemical fertilizer, with crushed pearl-oyster shell feeding the soil — an Ise touch. The work won the 2024 Japan Noufuku Award, and in 2025 the first trio of wines — red Shizuku, white Rin and rosé Miyabi — began pouring at Ise city hotels.
