Chateau Kiri Kurikoma Kogen Winery is run by Kirishiro Co., Ltd., a company active in agriculture, school lunches and welfare services. It sorts its own estate-grown Kurikoma grapes — Muscat Bailey A, Merlot and others — and vinifies them at a brewery adjoining the vineyard, using methods that avoid added sulfites and filtration. The winery also produces 39WINE, made in collaboration with a support facility for people with disabilities.
