軽井沢アンワイナリー

2015年から標高870mの小諸市糠地地区で栽培を開始し、2018年に小諸城下町でワイナリー（アンワイナリー）を開設。2023年10月に軽井沢の歴史的建造物（旧大日向教会・聖ヨゼフ保育園）を再活用し、軽井沢初のワイナリーを開設した。
