Bonjour Farm

Bonjour Farm was founded by physician Yasushi Minowa, who began growing grapes in Nagano in 2008 (in Tomi City from 2010). After thirteen years of viticulture, he opened the winery in 2021. The farm grows Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and the rare Aligoté variety.
