Budoyabu

Budoyabu is run by a couple deep in the mountains of Shinshu-shinmachi in Nagano city, where they opened their roughly 2-hectare vineyard in 2020 and grow eleven grape varieties. Their signature approach is to pick several varieties on the same day and blend them together, producing three styles — white, red and rosé — under playfully spelled names and whimsical labels.
