Cantina Riezo is a small, family-run winery in Takayama, a village designated one of the 'most beautiful villages in Japan.' Yasuyuki Yumoto, who trained in viticulture and winemaking at Sainte-Neige, began growing grapes in Takayama in 2007 and completed the winery in 2015.
