Domaine Hiroki, founded in 2020, is the first winery in Ikeda, a town in northern Azumino with views of the Northern Alps. It was realized by a viticulture professional and makes high-quality wine shaped by the area's wide swings between day and night temperatures. Vineyards sit at roughly 500 meters elevation.
