2022年7月に醸造所が完成し、9月より醸造を開始した松本市のエステートワイナリー。「草は友達」をモットーに草生栽培による土壌管理を行い、Lyre仕立てV字型垣根を採用した小規模醸造。松本産リンゴを原料としたシードル醸造も実施する。
