Ina Wine Kobo

Ina Wine Kobo was opened by a veteran winemaker with some 30 years as head winemaker at several wineries, run together with his wife from a converted former clinic. The tiny operation handles both small-batch custom fermentation for growers and its own label, 'Misuzu.' Each wine carries an opus number and openly credits its grower and the winemaking intent behind it.
