Izutsu Wine, founded in 1933 in Shiojiri, uses 100% grapes grown in Shiojiri and the Matsumoto basin, working with local contract growers to handle everything from cultivation to fermentation and bottling in-house. Visitors can taste and buy from a lineup of more than 30 wines.
