Kifutato Wines is a family farm at 900 to 1,300 meters elevation on the cool western foot of Yatsugatake, its name formed from the initials of family members. The winery was completed in 2024, becoming the fifth winery in the Yatsugatake west-foot wine valley, and harvested its first estate vintage that year.
