Les Vins Vivants makes wine that draws out the grapes' own potential through vineyard-focused growing. Takahiro Ogino relocated to Tomi in 2015 to begin growing grapes, and Ozamis World Co. established the winery in 2019. Alongside Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, it grows Gamay and Chenin Blanc.
