Manns Wines opened its Komoro winery in 1973 as a pioneer of the Chikuma River Wine Valley. Highlights include some of Japan's oldest Chardonnay vines and Manzuien, a roughly 3,000-tsubo Japanese garden planted with a 32-variety grape collection. The winery is home to the premium Solaris series, made from Chardonnay, Merlot and other varieties.
