Musashi Winery

Musashi Winery, founded in 2015 in Ogawa, in Saitama's Hiki district, is an estate winery handling everything from cultivation to winemaking on its own vineyards in the Hiki hills. Known as a 'village of organics,' Ogawa is where the winery grows completely pesticide-free grapes, fermenting with wild yeast and no additives, on what it describes as the largest vineyard area of any winery in the prefecture. Open 10:00–17:00; tours by advance reservation.
