Ritto Winery

Ritto Winery is the wine division of sake brewer Ohta Shuzo, using grapes grown on the company's own vineyard in Ritto City. Farming takes place on the hillsides of Asagarano without herbicides and with only organic fertilizer, and roughly 70% of the grapes used come from the winery's own vineyard.
