Okuizumo Vineyard, in the mountains along the Hiroshima border, aims to make wine that could only come from this particular soil, water, and air, in harmony with the surrounding nature. Founded in 2007, it grows Chardonnay alongside the Japanese variety 小公子, and hosts an annual harvest event at its garden café and shop.
