Nakaizu Winery Chateau T.S., founded in 1999, is a resort-style estate winery on the hills of Izu City, Shizuoka, with its own vineyard and production facilities alongside dining and lodging. It grows nine varieties across some 30,000 vines, including Chardonnay, Shinano Riesling, Merlot, Petit Verdot, and Yama Sauvignon, making it the only winery on the Izu Peninsula. The adjoining EAST WINDS VILLAGE glamping site and the Chateau Restaurant Napa Valley round out the estate, along with tours and tastings.
