Kusaka Vineyards is a small operation in Ichikai, Haga District, handling everything from growing and vinifying to processing, in step with the surrounding area's produce. Alongside red and white wine made from Merlot and Chardonnay grown by local farmers, it also makes raisins and grape juice.
