Watanabe Vineyard Winery (NASU WINE)

NASU WINE has run as a winery at the foot of the Nasu mountains since 1884, growing Bordeaux varieties — Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc — on its own vineyards for small-batch, high-quality wine. The flagship NASU WINE series anchors the lineup, alongside the estate's top red, Black Mahogany. Annual production runs to about 17,000 bottles. Open 9:00–17:00, closed Tuesdays, with tastings available.
