Bookroad Winery is an urban winery in Taito City vinifying grapes from across Japan, sourced from contract farmers in Nagano, Yamanashi and Ibaraki, with every wine made as a single varietal to bring out each grape's character, including Aziron, Hokuten no Shizuku and Delaware. It has earned three stars in the Japan Winery Awards for five consecutive years.
