DROP is an urban winery set in the hot-spring town of Kaminoyama. It aims for a pure taste that lets nature's beauty show through, with minimal additives and intervention, using grapes from about one hectare of its own vineyard plus contracted growers. A wine stand attached to the winery opens on weekends only.
